Kids, back in 2012, your aunt Robin wanted to do something more with her life. So she took her love of guns to an organization called S.H.I.E.L.D and fought alongside the Avengers.
Now, your Uncle Barney and I took it pretty hard; she was getting to spend a lot of time with another billionaire playboy, this guy named Tony Stark. Your Uncle Barney almost went crazy when he found out the guy had a metal suit.
“It shoots fireballs, Ted! He looks like a freakin’ storm trooper!”
This was the only time I’ve had slight distaste (if note hate) in my heart for Beth Riesgraf. Though only slight. And I’ll admit I LOL’ed at this scene.
The Newsroom Season 1: “Changed Man” Trailer (by HBO)
I’m looking forward to this so much. I can’t wait. I may be more excited about this new Sorkin show than I was about Game of Thrones.
I’m pretending I wasn’t that disappointed by Studio 60, and riding off the high of my love of Sports Night, and my all time favourite TV series, The West Wing.
I just finished watching The Captains, a documentary by William Shatner interviewing the other actors who played Star Trek captains; and these are my observations:
William Shatner is the most self absorbed; is anyone really surprised there?
Avery Brooks is either a little crazy or was stoned for the interview.
Kate Mulgrew comes off as having an ego which could possibly rival Shatner’s…
Scott Bakula seems like everybody’s pal, and seems a pretty nice guy.
Patrick Stewart is the most normal and well-adjusted of the bunch; and is possibly the nicest too.
Normally I wouldn’t bother putting this up, because everyone would have seen it. But considering that it only has 301 views right now, maybe everyone hasn’t.
