038 - Peacemaker po’ boy and beignets

I’ve been dying to try Where Ya At Matt for a long time now, and just haven’t found the time to do it on a Saturday when I’m not working on the East Side - which is really all my fault. But now that the truck has started to come to Microsoft Campus on Tuesdays, I had no excuse and finally made my way over today.

My only regret is that I didn’t make the effort sooner. My boss was warned (though he had them too, so he understood) to ignore the noises coming from my office once I started on those beignets…
