Week 41: Softly scrambled eggs, bacon, and grape tomatoes
I realised today that I never said that I had to cook dinner… So I made brunch today instead.
I always prefer softly scrambled eggs - most places do more of a hard scramble. Mine are scrambled with some crème fraîche added right at the end. Throw in some bacon in the pan afterwards, and then quick fry some grape tomatoes; and voilà! A delicious brunch.
